Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/8 c. finely chopped English walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • pinch of sage

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; blend well.
  2. Shape into oval loaf; place in suitable pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
