Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 package chili seasoning mix
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans
  • 1 pint half and half

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion together in a skillet.
  2. Drain well to remove excess fat.
  3. Add chili seasoning mix, diced Ro-Tel tomatoes, Ranch Style beans, and half and half to the skillet.
  4. Simmer the mixture for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot over Fritos chips.
