- Grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan or line it with waxed paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine raisins, quick oatmeal, and brown sugar.
- In a saucepan, melt margarine and evaporated milk over medium heat.
- Stir in crunchy peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the hot mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Let cool and set before cutting into bars.
