Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 5 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. whole corn
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chilies with peppers

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
