Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 (6 oz) jar peanut butter
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 (6 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cake paraffin wax

Instructions

  1. Mix the melted margarine, vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, coconut, and peanut butter until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a tray lined with wax paper.
  4. Melt the paraffin wax and chocolate chips together over hot water in a double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring it is completely coated.
  6. Place the coated balls on wax paper to set.
  7. Repeat the dipping process for a second coat to make the bonbons richer and more chocolatey.
