Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages lemon jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (14 oz.) lemon pie filling
  • 1 (14 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon jello with boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add lemon pie filling to the jello mixture and stir well.
  3. Stir in crushed pineapple (undrained) and pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  4. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the jello mixture.
  6. Refrigerate until set before serving.
