Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup salad oil

Instructions

  3. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil (370°F) in an electric frypan.
