Ingredients

  • 4 c. apples, sliced
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. quick Quaker Oats
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. soft butter

Instructions

  1. Place sliced apples in an 8-inch greased pan.
  2. Blend the brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and soft butter until crumbly.
  3. Spread the crumbly mixture over the apples.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 375°F.
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
