Ingredients

  • 1 can English peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced Cheddar cheese

  • chopped celery (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the drained English peas, chopped sweet pickle, chopped onion, and diced Cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped hard-cooked eggs to the mixture.
  3. Toss everything with enough mayonnaise to coat all ingredients evenly.
