Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cake cornbread
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 package saltine crackers
  • 8 pieces loaf bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sage
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 quart chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture over 1 quart of chicken broth.
  3. Bake at 350°F until heated through and golden on top.
