Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 unbeaten egg (room temperature)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. minced dried onion
  • 2 Tbsp. whole dill seed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Put yeast into the inner pan of the automatic bread machine.
  2. Add flour, baking soda, and salt into the pan.
  3. Break the egg into the flour mixture.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients; warm and add to the flour mixture.
  5. Select the white bread setting and push start.
