Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. pitted dates
  • 1 lb. dried figs
  • 1 lb. dried apricots
  • 1 c. seedless raisins
  • 2 c. walnuts
  • 1 tsp. orange rind, grated
  • flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except coconut in a food grinder or processor.
  2. Process until well mixed.
  3. Press into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
  4. Chill well.
  5. Cut into squares and roll in coconut.
  6. Store in airtight tins.
