Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Instructions

  1. Grind together raisins, apricots, and walnuts in a medium mixing bowl. Add honey and lemon rind, stirring well.
