Ingredients

  • 12 cup apple juice
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 14 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve cold.
