Ingredients

  • 4 lb. rolled rump roast
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • 2 cans onion soup
  • 1 can beer

Instructions

  1. Rub the rump roast with pepper and oregano.
  2. Place the roast in an open pan and let it sit for 1 hour.
  3. Refrigerate the roast overnight.
  4. Slice the roast thinly the next day.
  5. Add the sliced beef to a pot with onion soup, beer, and bourbon.
  6. Cover and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 4 hours.
  7. Serve on hard rolls.
