Ingredients

  • 2 boxes coconut
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 lemons (grated rind and juice)
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and cook until thick.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Put between layers of cake.
  4. Make any chocolate icing and put on top of the top layer and sides.
