Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling (21 oz.)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Empty the cherry pie filling into the dish.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple with its juice on top.
  4. Spread the yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit layer and press down gently.
  5. Melt the margarine and drizzle it over the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
