- Melt the margarine in the microwave.
- Add flour and sugar to the melted margarine and mix well.
- Add enough water to the mixture to make it thin enough to spread easily.
- Place sliced fruit in an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex dish.
- Add 1/4 cup of margarine and sugar to the fruit.
- Microwave the dish until the margarine is melted.
- Place slices of loaf bread on top of the fruit.
- Pour the flour, sugar, margarine, and water mixture over the bread slices.
- Bake at 350°F until the top is golden brown.
