Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together in a bowl.
- Beat in 1 egg at a time.
- Gradually stir in flour, fruits and orange rind.
- Pour into a tube pan lined with buttered paper (or baking paper).
- Flatten top and decorate with almonds.
- Bake in moderate oven until done in center.
