- In a large bowl, combine melted butter or margarine, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Blend in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add oatmeal and Grape-Nuts flakes to the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix Wondra flour with baking powder and baking soda.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, allowing plenty of space between each.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
