Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup bottled Russian or Catalina salad dressing
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • dash soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup wine or cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp catsup
  • dash Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a Dutch oven.
  2. Arrange sliced onions over the chicken.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients and blend together.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and onions.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
