- Divide the pastry into 2 portions.
- Roll each portion to 9 inches in diameter.
- Place half of the diced beef and sliced vegetables on each piece of pastry.

- Make slits on top of each pocket to vent steam.
- Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 40 minutes until golden brown.
