Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless pork loin
  • garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 c. pork gravy
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2/3 c. hickory barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 onion rolls

Instructions

  1. Generously sprinkle pork with garlic salt.
  2. Bake at 350°F for one hour.
  3. Use pan drippings to make gravy; pour gravy into a large saucepan.
  4. Add all other ingredients, blending well.
  5. Slice the pork and add to the sauce.
  6. Simmer, uncovered, stirring often, for about 1 hour.
  7. Serve on toasted onion rolls.
