Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. unsalted butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • apricot jam
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, butter, and flour until well combined.
  2. Roll out a small amount of dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into circles using a cookie cutter.
  4. Place the circles on a foil-covered baking sheet.
  5. Put 1 teaspoon of apricot jam in the upper center of each circle.
  6. Fold the sides of each circle over to form a lily shape and press down firmly.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
