Easy Apple Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, pared and sliced thin
  • 1 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Arrange apple slices in 8 x 1 1/2-inch round pan, lightly greased with butter.
  2. Mix oats, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
  3. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
  4. Serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
