Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 lb. oleo
  • 4 to 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • powdered sugar
  • sliced apples
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix 4 cups of flour and oleo as for pie crust.
  2. Beat egg yolks and water with a fork and add to the flour mixture.
  3. Add vinegar to the mixture.
  4. Divide the sticky dough into 5 parts on wax paper.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours before using.
