Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (8 1/2 oz.) corn bread mix

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans (16 oz. each) whole kernel corn, drained

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten egg and sour cream.
  2. Stir in the corn bread mix, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the drained whole kernel corn and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
