Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets

  • pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. Cut the fish into serving portions.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.
