Mini savory bites combining tender biscuit shells with flavorful ground beef, barbecue sauce, and melted Cheddar cheese, perfect for parties, snacks, or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion
  • 1 (10-ounce) can flaky biscuits
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef, stirring to crumble; drain excess fat.
  2. Add barbecue sauce and minced onion; stir well and set aside.
  3. Separate the biscuits and press each into the muffin cups, pressing up the sides to form cups.
  4. Spoon the meat mixture evenly into each biscuit cup.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top of each filled biscuit cup.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes until golden and heated through.
