Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz season sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, beaten eggs, chopped onion, diced green pepper, and salt thoroughly.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into loaf pans or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  4. Dribble the season sauce on top of the beef mixture in the loaf pans or over the shaped loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the juice runs clear and the internal temperature reaches safe levels.
