Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Add onions and mushrooms to ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Brown the mixture and drain excess fat.
  3. Add condensed cream of mushroom soup and sour cream to the skillet.
