Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries or blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pineapple, sliced banana, milk, and berries in a blender or food processor container.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with a banana slice and a strawberry, if desired.
