Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate pudding cake mix
  • 1 small bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (1 lb 5 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Prepare the cake according to the directions on the package.
  3. Line the bottom of the pan with a single layer of miniature marshmallows.
  4. Pour the prepared cake mix on top of the marshmallows.
  5. Spoon cherry pie filling over the batter.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes.
  7. Marshmallows will rise to the top during baking.
