Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • graham crackers
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Line a sheet cake pan with foil.
  2. Cover the foil with graham crackers.
  3. Spread chopped pecans evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. In a saucepan, boil butter, margarine, and sugar for 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle the hot butter mixture over the pecans and graham crackers.
  6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Let the brittle cool completely.
  8. Break into pieces and enjoy.
