Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables of your choice (onion, mushrooms, broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Spread grated cheese in the bottom of an 8-inch pie plate.
  2. Blend the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture over the cheese.
  3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F until set and golden on top.
