Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup green onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease two 9-inch pie plates.
  3. Brown the cooked ground beef with diced green onions.
  4. Drain well to remove excess fat and moisture.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the pie plates.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each beef layer.
  7. In a bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
  8. Pour the batter over the meat and cheese in each pie plate.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
