Ingredients

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 10-oz. bag of corn chips, crushed
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes with chiles in a bowl.
  2. Add the cooked, cubed chicken to the soup mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Spread the crushed corn chips evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Pour the chicken and soup mixture over the crushed corn chips in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
