Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken breasts
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Blend milk, flour, margarine, chopped onions, and beef bouillon cubes until smooth.
  3. Pour the milk mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Spread sliced mushrooms over the top.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
