Ingredients

  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package frozen seasoned pasta and vegetable mix

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add the chicken and brown it on all sides.
  3. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, water, and frozen seasoned pasta vegetable mix.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes until heated through.
