  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed and cooked
  • 4 oz. mushrooms, drained
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 13 oz. can chicken broth
  • 16 oz. French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups dry Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish.
  2. Microwave on High for 15 minutes.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
