Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 can red kidney beans, do not drain
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet and drain well; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add chopped onions, tomato soup, and minced garlic to the meat.
  3. Stir the mixture well and add chili powder to taste.
  4. Simmer the chili uncovered for 15 to 30 minutes to develop flavors.
