Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bring water and margarine to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add flour to the boiling mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before filling and topping.
