Ingredients

  • 1 (5.5 oz.) pkg. scalloped potato mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams (keep liquid)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. In a 3-quart pan, combine the scalloped potato mix, water, milk, clam juice, minced onion, and minced green pepper.
  2. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Add the minced clams, additional milk, and butter.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and season to taste.
