Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup soft margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon flavoring
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
