Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) sirloin roast
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 piece extra heavy-duty aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Place foil in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle half of the onion soup mix over the foil.
  3. Place the sirloin roast on top of the foil.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining onion soup mix over the meat.
  5. Spoon the cream of mushroom soup over the meat.
  6. Fold the foil over the meat and seal tightly.
