Ingredients

  • 7 c. thin cucumber slices
  • 1 c. green pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 c. onion, sliced thin
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add cucumbers, peppers, onions, and celery seed and put into containers.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 day before serving.
