Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  2. Mix all ingredients including milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a small, fluted pan.
  4. Spread melted butter on top, then sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon.
