Ingredients

  • 1 package corn tortillas
  • 2 cans chili (no beans)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Heat the tortillas according to the package directions.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then add the chopped onion and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese; mix well.
  3. Fill each warmed tortilla with about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture.
  4. Roll the filled tortillas and place them in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Heat the chili and pour it over the rolled tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in a 400°F oven until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot, about 20-25 minutes.
