Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 sticks margarine or 1/2 lb. butter
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla

Instructions

  1. Dump all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a mixer on medium speed until all are combined.
  2. Do not whip the mixture.
  3. Turn the batter into a greased and lightly floured tube cake pan.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy the crunchy top icing crust.
