Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 cup raw rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and chopped onion until done; drain.
  2. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray (Pam).
  3. Combine cooked meat and onion with cream of mushroom soup, water, raw rice, and soy sauce.
  4. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
